摘 要:针对阀控缸系统非线性和时变参数导致其建模时精度不高的问题,采用递推最小二乘法对阀控缸系统非线性模型参数进行在线辨识。首先对阀控缸系统各组成部分进行了推导,建立含有未知参数的数学模型;其次在MATLAB仿真平台上建立了系统模型与辨识算法;最后以阀控非对称缸系统为例进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明:该辨识算法具有收敛速度快、辨识精度高的优势,可以获得精确的数学模型。Aiming at the problem that the nonlinear and time-varying parameters of the valve-controlled cylinder system lead to the low accuracy of its modeling,the recursive least square method is used to identify the nonlinear model parameters of the valve-controlled cylinder system online.Firstly,the components of the valve-controlled cylinder system are derived,and the mathematical model with unknown parameters is established.Secondly,the system model and identification algorithm are established on the MATLAB simulation platform.Finally,the valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system is taken as an example for simulation research.The research results show that the identification algorithm has the advantages of fast convergence speed and high identification accuracy,and can obtain accurate mathematical models.
