摘 要:研究目的:随着我国山地轨道交通的不断发展,对大坡道上铺设道岔提出了迫切需求。目前,我国尚缺乏在大坡道上铺设道岔的成熟经验,对各种道岔所能适应的坡度限值亦缺乏深入研究。本文从轨道几何状态控制的角度,经推导得出大坡道上道岔侧股水平偏差和导曲线反超高的计算公式,在此基础上提出不同型号道岔所对应的坡度限值,用于指导国内山区铁路及齿轨铁路的工程设计实践。研究结论:(1)道岔侧股水平偏差及导曲线反超高等于轨距、辙叉角正弦值、坡度角正弦值三者的乘积;(2)从轨道几何状态控制的角度,建议铁路9号、12号、18号道岔坡度限值分别取13‰、16‰、24‰,建议齿轨铁路7号道岔坡度限值取14‰;(3)本研究成果对山区铁路和齿轨铁路设计以及相关标准编制具有指导意义。Research purposes:With the continuous development of the mountain rail transit in China,there is an urgent demand for laying turnouts on steep slopes.At present,China lacks construction experience in laying turnouts on steep slopes,and the slope limit that can be adapted to various turnoutsis lack of in-depth research.From the perspective of track geometry state control,the formula for calculating the branch line cross leveldeviation and lead curvereverse superelevation of turnouts on large slopes was derived.On this basis,the slope limits of different types of turnouts were proposed.The research results can be used to guide the design of mountain railway and rack rail railway in China.Research conclusions:(1)The branch line cross level deviation and lead curve reverse superelevation of turnouts are equal to the product of the gauge,the sine value of switch angle and the sine value of slope angle.(2)From the perspective of track geometry state control,it is suggested that the slope limits of No.9,No.12 and No.18 turnouts should be 13%o,16%o and 24%o respectively,and the slope limit of No.7 turnout of rack railway should be 14%o.(3)The research results have guiding significances for the design of mountain railways and rack railways and the compilation of relevant codes.
