摘 要:运用理论建模、虚拟样机仿真和实验等方法对含移动副间隙实验教学平台进行研究。利用拉格朗日乘子法建立含移动副间隙二自由度九杆机构的动力学模型;通过Solidworks和ADAMS建立含移动副间隙二自由度九杆机构的虚拟仿真模型;搭建含移动副间隙二自由度九杆机构的实验教学平台。通过MATLAB、ADAMS和实验结果的对比分析,验证动力学模型的正确性。结果展示了移动副间隙作用机理及其动力学响应规律,为多连杆机构动力学建模分析提供了有效的方法。In order to cultivate students’ability of mechanism analysis,an experimental teaching platform with translational clearance is studied by using theoretical modeling,virtual simulation and experiments.Firstly,a dynamic model of 2 DOFs nine bars mechanism with translational clearance is established by using the Lagrangian multiplier method.A virtual simulation model of mechanism with translational clearance is established through Solidworks and ADAMS.The experimental platform of 2 DOFs nine bars mechanism with translational clearance is built.Through the comparative analysis of MATLAB,ADAMS and experimental results,the correctness of the dynamic model is verified.The results clearly show the action mechanism and dynamic response law of the translational clearance.This study provides an effective method for dynamic modeling and analysis of multi-link mechanism with translational clearance,and lays a theoretical foundation for optimal design of mechanisms.
