摘  要:近几十年来,有机磷农药广泛应用于农业,导致其在水果、农作物、水和加工食品中残留,给人体带来了危害,建立快速、高灵敏度和高选择性的有机磷农药检测方法势在必行。电化学传感器因灵敏度高、检测速度快等优点成为有机磷农药快速检测的研究热点。该文综述了用于食品中有机磷农药残留检测的电化学传感器的分类,包括电化学生物传感器、电化学有机物传感器和电化学无机物传感器及各种电化学传感器优缺点,并对电化学传感器在食品中农药残留检测领域的进一步发展方向进行了展望。In recent decades,organophosphorus pesticides are widely used in agriculture,resulting in their residues in fruits,crops,water and processed foods,which bring harm to the human body.Therefore,it is imperative to establish rapid,highly sensitive and highly selective detection methods for organophosphorus pesticides.Electrochemical sensors have become research hotspots for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides due to their high sensitivity and rapid detection speed.In this paper,the classification of electrochemical sensors for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food was reviewed,including three categories such as electrochemical biosensors,electrochemical organic substance sensors,electrochemical inorganic sensors,and the advantage and disadvantageS of various electrochemical sensors.Moreover,the further development direction of electrochemical sensors in the field of pesticide residue detection in food was prospected.
