摘　　要：唐代开始兴起饮茶之风,从民间、士大夫到宫廷贵族阶层,都以饮茶作为日常生活的一部分。从陆羽所著的《茶经》来看,当时的饮茶工序主要分为制茶饼、烤茶、碾茶、筛茶末、煮茶、品饮,并有专门的器具。《茶经》共记载了二十四件茶器,其中的风炉是至为重要的,有必要从设计的角度对它进行研究。While the UK does not produce its own tea leaves,its influence in the global tea market remains TEA significant.The history of British tea dates back to the 17th century when the British East India Company began importing tea from China and introduced it to the UK.
