摘  要:研制以织纹螺肉为基体的河豚毒素标准物质。9家专业实验室采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)外标法对织纹螺肉中河豚毒素的含量进行联合定值。该基体标准物质特性值为(0.78±0.14)mg/kg,组间与组内均匀性良好。在4℃冷藏运输条件下,短期稳定性可达14 d。在-18℃冷冻条件下,长期稳定性可达12个月。该标准物质测量结果的不确定度主要来源于均匀性、稳定性及定值过程。本标准物质适用于水产品中河豚毒素的分析方法验证和质量控制。A matrix certified reference material(CRM)for tetrodotoxin(TTX)in Nassarius meat was developed.LC-MS/MS with external standard method was employed by nine expert laboratories for the characterization of TTX content in Nassarius meat.The certified value of CRM was(0.78±0.14)mg/kg.The CRM was homogeneous for TTX between and within bottles.The short-term stability of the CRM at 4℃ for transportation was up to 14 days and the long-term stability at -18℃ storage condition was up to 12 months.The uncertainty was assessed by combing the contributions from homogeneity,stability and characterization.This CRM would be applicable to the analytical method validation and quality control in the determination of tetrodotoxin in Nassarius meat.
