摘  要:克罗诺杆菌属(阪崎肠杆菌)作为婴幼儿配方乳粉中的A类致病菌备受关注。该菌耐干燥,可长期存在于婴儿奶粉生产环境中。婴儿配方奶粉加工、运输及销售等环节都有可能污染克罗诺杆菌属(阪崎肠杆菌),因此控制婴幼乳粉加工环境中克罗诺杆菌属(阪崎肠杆菌)的污染尤为重要。本文结合标准法规要求和婴幼儿配方乳粉企业环境监测的经验,构建出加工过程环境中克罗诺杆菌属(阪崎肠杆菌)监控基础方案,包括区域划分、采样方案、检测方法、预防措施和纠正措施等,可帮助企业科学有效地控制克罗诺杆菌属的污染风险。Cronobacter(Enterobacter sakazakii)has attracted much attention as a group A pathogenic bacteria in infant formula milk powder.The bacterium is resistant to desiccation and can persist for a long time in the environment of infant milk powder production.Cronobacter(Enterobacter sakazakii)may be contaminated in the processing,transportation and sales of infant formula milk powder.Therefore,the contamination control of Cronobacter(Enterobacter sakazakii)in the processing environment of infant milk powder is particularly important.This paper combines the requirements of standards and regulations and the experience of environmental monitoring in infant formula milk powder enterprises to construct a basic monitoring plan for Cronobacter(Enterobacter sakazakii)in the processing environment,including area division,sampling plan,detection method,preventive measures and corrective measures,etc.,can help enterprises to control the risk of Cronobacter more scientifically and effectively.
