摘 要:对武汉在校大学生平衡膳食认知状况展开问卷调查并进行数据统计与分析。结果显示,340名被调查对象中近50%被调查者的平衡膳食认知水平不足,值得社会广泛关注;食品及医学相关专业学生的平衡膳食认知水平明显高于其他专业背景学生(P<0.05),可见专业学习和教育对提升大学生平衡膳食认知水平作用明显;60%被调查者表示会主动关注平衡膳食知识并应用于日常生活,态度较为积极;在获取平衡膳食信息方面,被调查者中77%以报纸媒体作为主要途径,因此加强对各宣传渠道权威性、专业性的监管与规范,广泛开展营养教育提升大众平衡膳食认知整体水平迫切且必要;在饮食行为方面,大学生的日常食物选择较为丰富全面,但仍存在搭配不够合理和饮食习惯不够健康的问题,学校应加强对学生在营养膳食、平衡搭配方面的引导。A questionnaire survey was carried out on the cognitive status of balanced diet among college students in Wuhan,and the data were statistically analyzed.The results show that,Among the 340 respondents,nearly 50%of them have insufficient cognition level of balanced diet,which deserves wide attention from the society.The cognitive level of balanced diet of students majoring in food and medicine is significantly higher than that of students with other professional backgrounds(P<0.05),which shows that professional study and education play an obvious role in improving the cognitive level of balanced diet of college students.60%of the respondents indicated that they would take the initiative to pay attention to the knowledge of balanced diet and apply it to their daily lives,with a positive attitude;In obtaining balanced diet information,77%of the respondents use newspaper media as the main way,so it is urgent and necessary to strengthen authoritative and professional supervision and regulation of various publicity channels and extensively carry out nutrition education to improve the overall level of public awareness of balanced diet;in terms of dietary behavior,college students’daily food choices are rich and comprehensive,but there are still problems such as unreasonable collocation and unhealthy eating habits.Schools should strengthen the guidance of students in nutritious diet and balanced collocation.
