摘　　要：白酒高速灌装线生产使用的组合瓶盖,必须能顺利地压在瓶口上,压装后瓶盖外观完整瓶口密封完好。本文对低速白酒灌装生产中组合瓶盖与瓶口配合时常出现的典型质量问题产生的原因进行分析,并从瓶口、瓶盖结构与公差配合要求出发提出了解决方案,设计了满足白酒高速灌装线的组合瓶盖与瓶口结构,为白酒智能化灌装产业化提供技术支撑。In the high-speed bottling line of Baijiu,the combined bottle cap must be smoothly capped on the bottle mouth,and the appearance and sealing of the bottle must be maintained in a good condition.This paper analyzes the typical quality problems between the combined bottle cap and the bottle mouth in the low-speed bottling line,proposes the solution,and designs an adaptive structure to meet the requirements of the high-speed bottling line.This study has provided technical support for intelligent bottling of Baijiu.
