摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)教学法在中医妇科见习教学中的应用效果,以及对提高学生学习质量的作用。方法选择2020年1月—2022年4月首都医科大学中医药学院中医专业的52名学生为研究对象,均参与中医妇科见习。以随机分组的方式,设置组别为常规组(PBL结合常规教学)与研究组(PBL结合SP教学法),各26名。分析两组理论、实际操作成绩,学习满意度,批判思维能力。结果研究组理论、实际操作评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组批判思维能力总分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医妇科的临床见习教学中,PBL结合SP教学法有助于提高学生学习能力,保证学习效率。Objective To explore the effect of the application of problem-based learning(PBL)and standardized patients(SP)in the teaching of gynecology courses of traditional Chinese medicine for trainees and its effect on improving students'learning quality.Methods A total of 52 students majoring in traditional Chinese Medicine in the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Capital Medical University from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.All of them participated in the internship of traditional Chinese gynecology.The groups were randomly divided into the conventional group(PBL combined with routine teaching)and the study group(PBL combined with SP teaching method),with 26 students in each group.The theoretical,practical performance,learning satisfaction,critical thinking ability between the two groups were analyzed.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of critical thinking ability in study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with SP teaching method is helpful to improve students'learning ability and ensure learning efficiency in clinical probation teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
