摘　　要：职业教师企业实践是培养“双师型”教师的重要途径。立足于职业教师企业实践的政策背景和实际现状,通过调研了解职业教师企业实践保障机制建设的现状,从管理制度、校企对接以及内驱动力等三方面剖析了实施过程中存在的主要问题,并从完善职业教师准入退出机制、丰富企业实践内容形式建立健全校企合作平台以及细化过程性质量监管考评等4个方面提出了构建保障机制的策略,以期为推动新时代职业教师企业实践的内涵发展和质量提升提供有益借鉴。Vocational teachers’enterprise practice is an important way to cultivate“dual-qualified”teachers.On the basis of policy background and actual situation,this studyfinds out the construction status of the guarantee mechanism of vocational teachers’enterprise practicethrough investigation,analyzes the main problems in the implementation process from three aspects:management system,school-enterprise connection and internal driving force.It puts forward the strategy of the guarantee mechanism construction from the four dimensions such as improving the access and exit mechanism of vocational teachers,enriching the content and form of enterprise practice,establishing and improving the school enterprise cooperation platform,refining the supervision and evaluation of quality based on the whole process,and looks forward to providing a useful reference for the connotation development and quality improvement in the new era.
