摘 要:劳动教育以劳动意识、劳动精神、劳动技能为主要内容,是新时期高校教育的重要内容之一,也是人才培养不可或缺的重要组成部分。新文科背景下,外语专业学生劳动教育面临劳动教育对象认知不高、与外语专业课程融合不够、外语类劳动教育基地建设不足、成果考核机制不健全等诸多问题。对此,本文从外语专业学生劳动观培养体系的构建、跨学科融合劳动实践环境的创设、劳动育人协同机制和劳动教育达成结果考核的形成等方面提出了优化路径和实践举措,以促进外语专业学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,培养符合国家和社会发展的高素质复合型国际化外语人才。Labor education,with labor consciousness,labor spirit,and labor skills as its main contents,is one of the important contents of college education in the new era,and an indispensable and important part of talent cultivation.Under the background of new liberal arts,labor education for foreign language majors faces many problems such as low cognition of labor education objects,insufficient integration with foreign language major courses,insufficient construction of foreign language labor education bases,and incomplete results assessment mechanism.In this regard,this paper puts forward improvement paths and practical measures from the construction of foreign language students’labor concept cultivation system,the creation of interdisciplinary integration of the labor practice environment,the formation of a synergistic mechanism for labor education and the assessment of the results of labor education,etc.,so as to promote the overall development of foreign language students’morality,intellectuality,physique,aesthetics and labor,and to become high-quality composite internationalized foreign language talents in line with the development of the country and the society.
