系统化培训方案对提升新生儿科低年资护士评估能力的效果分析

摘  要:选取我科2018年、2019年入职的全程参与培训的45名低年资护士进行系统化培训,通过培训前后症状评估理论考核成绩、病情评估能力比较,探讨系统化培训方案的实施效果。研究表明,系统化培训后,低年资护士症状评估理论考核成绩、病情评估能力显著提高,说明系统化培训方案培训效果显著,值得推广应用。We selected 45 junior nurses who participated in the entire training and joined in us in 2018 and 2019 for systematic training.By comparing the theoretical assessment scores and disease assessment abilities of symptom assessment before and after the training,we explored the implementation effectiveness of the systematic training plan.Research has shown that after systematic training,the theoretical assessment scores and disease assessment abilities of junior nurses in symptom assessment have significantly mproved,indicating that the systematic training has significant effect and is worth promoting and applying.
