摘 要:基于弗里曼的利益相关者理论研究框架,对职业院校尤其是服务乡村振兴过程中涉及到的众多主体进行深入探讨,将各相关主体进行分类并分析其各自的利益诉求。在此基础上,提出职业院校服务乡村振兴的实施路径,包括厘清政府职责,协同共建产教融合基地,以科学的职业价值观引导等,以期实现中国式职业教育和农业农村的高质量发展。Based on Freeman s theoretical research framework of stakeholders,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on many subjects involved in vocational colleges,especially in the process of serving rural revitalization,classifies all related subjects and analyzes their respective interests.On this basis,this paper further puts forward the implementation paths of vocational colleges serving rural revitalization,including clarifying the duties of the government,jointly building the integration base of industry and education,and scientifically guiding with vocational values,so as to realize the high-quality development of Chinese-style vocational education and agricultural and rural high-quality development.
