摘　　要：研究和探讨当前高职院校学生心理健康方面存在的突出问题,分别从学生个体视角和学校心理健康教育视角提出解决问题的对策,促进学生心理健康发展。The paper studies and explores the prominent problems in the mental health of higher vocational college students,and proposes solutions from the perspectives of individual students and school mental health education,promote the development of students'mental health.
