摘　　要：在高校食堂管理中引入食品安全第三方监管具有重要意义。本文介绍了深圳技术大学在第三方监管模式下,提升校园食品安全管理水平的应用成效。为高校创新食品安全监管模式提供参考,为保障校园食品安全提供有力支撑,助力食品安全规范化管理进程。It is of great significance to introduce the third-party supervision of food safety into the management of university canteens.This paper introduces the application effect of improving campus food safety management under the third-party supervision mode in Shenzhen Technology University.It provides reference for the innovation of food safety supervision mode in colleges and universities,and provides a solid guarantee for the protection of campus food safety,and assist in the food safety standardization management process.
