摘 要:目的:建立同时测定小麦粉中乙二胺四乙酸二钠、曲酸和间苯二酚含量的方法,以此提高非食品原料的检测效率。方法:采用乙腈-甲醇-水溶液(5∶4∶1)提取样品中的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、曲酸和间苯二酚这3种化合物,40℃水浴下氮吹至近干,使用50%乙腈溶液复溶后过滤检测。以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,通过高效液相色谱仪进行测定。结果:乙二胺四乙酸二钠、曲酸和间苯二酚在0.50~10.00μg·mL^(-1),线性关系良好(r≥0.999),检出限分别为0.006μg·kg^(-1)、0.005μg·kg^(-1)、0.003μg·kg^(-1)。以空白样品为基体,在1.0 mg·kg^(-1)、2.0 mg·kg^(-1)、4.0 mg·kg^(-1)这3个浓度下进行加标回收实验,平均回收率均为97.2%~99.7%,相对标准偏差≤1.79%(n=6)。结论:该方法成功用于市售48种小麦粉中乙二胺四乙酸二钠、曲酸和间苯二酚的含量测定,可为小麦粉中非食品原料的日常检测提供参考。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of disodium EDTA,kojic acid and resorcinol in wheat flour,so as to improve the detection efficiency of non-food raw materials.Method:Acetonitrile-methanol-aqueous solution(5∶4∶1)was used to extract disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate,kojic acid and resorcinol from the samples.Nitrogen was blown to near-dry in a water bath at 40℃,and then filtered by 50%acetonitrile solution.Using acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution as mobile phase,the method was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Result:The linear relationship between disodium-EDTA,kojic acid and resorcinol was good(r^(2)≥0.999)in 0.50~10.00μg·mL^(-1),and the detection limits were 0.006μg·kg^(-1),0.005μg·kg^(-1) and 0.003μg·kg^(-)1,respectively.Using blank samples as matrix,the standard recovery experiments were carried out at the concentrations of 1.0 mg·kg^(-1),2.0 mg·kg^(-1) and 4.0 mg·kg^(-1).The average recoveries were 97.2%~99.7%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 1.79%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was successfully used for the determination of disodium EDTA,kojic acid and resorcinol in 48 kinds of wheat flour,which can provide reference for the daily detection of non-food raw materials in wheat flour.
