摘 要:学龄前儿童作为《国民营养计划(2017-2030年)》营养改善目标关注的重点人群,由于营养不足与过剩并存,存在贫血、生长迟缓、超重肥胖等营养性疾病发病率较高的问题。学龄前儿童多数时间在幼儿园进餐,因此加强膳食营养安全知识培训、建立健全膳食管理制度、实施规范化的营养管理,以改善学龄前儿童的营养现状,保证幼儿健康科学用餐,满足他们生长发育的营养需要,应成为幼儿园关注的重点。Preschool children,as a key group of people concerned with the nutritional improvement goals of the National Nutrition Plan(2017—2030),suffer from a high incidence of nutritional diseases such as anaemia,growth retardation and overweight and obesity,due to the coexistence of nutritional deficiencies and excesses.As preschool children spend most of their time eating in kindergartens,strengthening training in dietary nutritional safety,establishing a comprehensive dietary management system,and implementing standardized nutritional management in order to improve the nutritional status of preschool children,ensure that young children eat healthily and scientifically,and meet the nutritional needs of their growth and development should be a key concern of kindergartens.
