摘  要:目的分析重症医学科的护理管理中实施护士分层分组弹性排班管理的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月长沙市第四医院30名护士,2021年1月—2021年12月为参照组,实施常规护理管理方法;2022年1月—2022年12月为观察组,实施护士分组分层弹性排班管理。对比两组护士工作满意评分、团队协作能力。结果观察组护士的工作满意评分、团队协作能力评分均比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症医学科的护士管理中实施分层分组弹性排班管理的效果显著,可提升护士的团队协作能力,还能提升护士工作满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the flexible scheduling management of nurses'stratified grouping in the nursing management of the Department of Critical Care Medicine.Methods 30 nurses from Changsha Fourth Hospital were seleceted from January 2021 to December 2022,from January 2021 to December 2021,the reference group implemented routine nursing management method.From January 2022 to December 2022,the observation group implemented flexible nursing scheduling management based on grouping and layering.Compared the job satisfaction scores and team collaboration abilities of two groups of nurses.Results The job satisfaction score and team collaboration ability score of the observation group nurses were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of stratified group flexible scheduling management in the management of nurses in the Department of Critical Care Medicine is effective.It can improve the teamwork ability,and can also improve the job satisfaction of nurses,which is worth promoting.
