摘　　要：作为国内临床医学研究生教学工作过程中的关键内容,注重临床医学专业学位研究生的培养极为重要。为此,对培养模式进行改革,不仅为满足教学资源配置、培养优质人才、开展多样化活动提供了充足的保障,而且还能够助力医学事业的发展。本文简述了临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的内涵以及改革意义,基于临床医学专业学位研究生培养现状,从培养目标确定、培养体系规范、负责体制优化、完善学术与科研交流平台、培养体系打造、考核体系完善6个角度出发,提出了进行临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革的实践措施,希望能够给同行业工作者提供一些帮助。As the key content in the teaching process of clinical medicine graduate students in China,it is very important to pay attention to the training of clinical medicine graduate students.Therefore,the reform of training mode not only provides sufficient guarantee for satisfying the allocation of teaching resources,cultivating high-quality talents and carrying out diversified activities,but also helps the development of medical cause.This article briefly described the connotation and reformed significance of the training mode of clinical medicine graduate students.Based on the current situation of graduate training in clinical medicine,this paper put forward practical measures to reform the training mode of graduate students in clinical medicine from six perspectives:setting training objectives,standardizing training system,optimizing responsible system,improving academic and scientific research exchange platform,building training system and improving assessment system,hoping to provide some help to workers in the industry.
