摘 要:随着全民智能教育时代的来临,机器人教育领域迎来了新的发展契机,但也面临着专业师资结构性紧缺的难题。为了厘清K-12机器人教育企业师资的需求,采用内容分析方法分析了“前程无忧”招聘网站上的445条机器人教育师资招聘信息;发现整体上教育培训行业对机器人教育师资需求旺盛,工作地点集中在一线城市,岗位以课程教学和综合管理为主,薪资水平普遍高于高职毕业生平均水平,准入门槛为大专以上,录用专业来源相对宽泛,重视师资职后技能培训;同时机器人教育师资供给存在结构性矛盾,亟待破解。基于分析结果,从扩大招生、课程体系、教师水平、教学条件、学生素质、产教研学融合等方面提出了机器人教育专业师资培养建议。With the advent of the era of national intelligent education,the field of robotics education has ushered in a new development opportunity,but it is also facing the problem of structural shortage of professional teachers.In order to clarify the needs of K-12 robotics education enterprise teachers,445 robotics education teacher recruitment information on 51job recruitment website was analyzed by using content analysis method.It is found that the overall education and training industry has strong demand for robotics education teachers,and the work places are concentrated in first-tier cities;the positions are mainly curriculum teaching and comprehensive management;the salary level is generally higher than the average level of higher vocational graduates;the entry threshold is college or above;the professional sources are relatively broad;the post-service skills training of teachers is emphasized.At the same time,there are structural contradictions in the supply of robotics education teachers,which needs to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis results,the author puts forward some suggestions on the training of robotics education teachers from the aspects of enrollment expansion,curriculum system,teachers’level,teaching conditions,students’quality and integration of production,teaching,research and learning.
