摘 要:基于对我国高校学科教学论教师队伍调研数据的分析和对未来学科教学论教师供需情况的预测,发现学科教学论教师队伍建设存在数量严重不足、结构不甚合理、专业发展面临困境等问题,而且学科教学论学术型博士招生数量不足,是导致我国高校学科教学论师资匮乏的主要原因。为加强高等院校学科教学论教师队伍建设,提出六点建议:一,引导高校整合教师教育资源,加快学科教学论二级学科建设;二,设立学科教学论学术型博士的专项招生计划,鼓励有学科教学论博士点的高校扩大招生规模;三,提升学科教学论教师的专业素养,重视STEM教育等跨学科教师的培养;四,加强师范类专业认证督导,推进有关高校建立教师分类评价制度;五,汇聚学科教学名师资源,打造高水平学科教学论师资团队;六,建立学科教学专业信息管理系统,为学科教学论教师队伍发展规划提供数据支持。Based on the analysis of the survey data of the national subject pedagogy teachers and the prediction of the supply and demand of the subject pedagogy teachers in the future,we can find that there are some problems in the team construction of the subject pedagogy teachers,such as the serious shortage of the number of teachers,the unreasonable structure of teachers,the difficulties in the professional development of teachers.Moreover,the insufficient number of academic doctoral students of subject pedagogy is the fundamental reason for the lack of teachers of subject pedagogy in China.In order to strengthen the team construction of the subject pedagogy teachers in universities,we put forward six suggestions:first,guide universities to integrate teacher education resources and speed up the construction of secondary disciplines;second,set up a special enrollment plan for academic doctors of subject pedagogy and encourage relevant universities to expand the enrollment scale;third,improve the professional quality of subject pedagogy teachers and pay attention to the cultivation of interdisciplinary teachers such as STEM education;fourth,strengthen the supervision of teachers’specialty certification and promote the establishment of teacher classification evaluation system in relevant universities;fifth,gather the resources of famous teachers in all disciplines,and build a high-level teaching team of subject pedagogy;sixth,establish an information management system of subject pedagogy major which provides data support for the development planning of subject pedagogy teachers.
