摘 要:基于原位生成氢氧化镁具有较高的Zeta电位,呈较强的正电荷特性,对糖汁中大多数色素、胶体等呈负电荷的非糖分杂质,具有较强的吸附电中和作用,本文研究原位生成氢氧化镁的混合汁清净脱色工艺,实验表明:该工艺对混合汁清净脱色具有显著的清净脱色效果,可获得清澈透明、色值为203 IU的清汁,可望产出高质量的白砂糖产品,具有重要的推广应用价值。Based on the high Zeta potential and strong positive charge characteristic of in-situ generated magnesium hydroxide,it has a strong adsorption-electric neutralization effect on most of the negatively charged non-sugar impurities such as pigments and colloids in sugar juice.We studied the purification and decolorization process of mixed juice produced by magnesium hydroxide in-situ.The experiments showed that the process had a remarkable purification and decolorization effect on the purification and decolorization of mixed juice,and a clear and transparent juice with a color value of 203 IU could be obtained,which was expected to produce high quality white sugar products,and had important promotion and application value.
