摘 要:医事法学人才培养在实践教学层面存在模拟法庭教学法无法锻炼学生的临场应变能力、案例式教学法束缚了学生的发散思维等不足。诊所式教育作为一种新型实践教学方法,能够对医事法学实践教学体系起到有益的补充作用。文章从诊所式教育的课程建设、师资配备、教学组织、运行经费、运行范围等方面着手,尝试把诊所式教育引入到医事法学人才培养的实践教学体系,并根据医事法学的专业特色加以改良设计。At the practical teaching level,the training of medical law talents has some shortcomings,such as the simulated court teaching method cannot effectively train the students′ability to rapidly adapt to the situation,and the case teaching method restricts the students′divergent thinking.As a new practical teaching mode,clinic-based education can play a beneficially supplementary role in the practical teaching system of medical law.The article tries to introduce the clinic-based education into the practical teaching system of medical law talents training from the aspects of the curriculum construction,teacher allocation,teaching organization,operating funds,operating scope,etc.,and improves the design according to the professional characteristics of medical law.
