摘 要:现代学徒制是我国高职教育人才培养模式改革的重要方向。基于现代化多元治理的视角,系统性构建现代学徒制治理的四个重要维度,即治理主体、组织管理、利益整合、政策法规,作为理论框架分析现代学徒制治理实施情况。研究发现,我国现代学徒制治理中存在治理主体职权责未明确、管理缺失及组织方式缺乏互动、利益协调机制未完善和政策法规未健全等问题。为此,围绕治理主体多元化、组织方式多元化、利益整合多元化、政策保障多元化构建现代学徒制多元治理模式,以期为我国现代学徒制治理效率提高提供理论支撑。Modern apprenticeship is an important direction of the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational education in China.From the perspective of modern multi-governance,this paper systematically constructs four important dimensions of modern apprenticeship governance,namely,governance subject,organization management,interest integration,policies and regulations,which are adopted as the theoretical framework to analyze the implementation of modern apprenticeship governance.It is found that there are some problems in the governance of modern apprenticeship in China,such as unclear responsibilities of governance subjects,the lack of management and interaction in the organizational mode,and the imperfection of interest coordination mechanism as well as policies and regulations.Therefore,the multi-governance model of modern apprenticeship is constructed around the pluralization of governance subjects,organizational methods,interest integration and policy guarantees,in order to provide theoretical support for the improvement of governance efficiency of modern apprenticeship in China.
