摘　　要：2020年,新西兰政府发布了《2020年教育和培训法》,在其职业教育与培训史上具有里程碑的意义。通过创建新西兰技能技术学院、设立统一的职业教育资助体系、开启学徒援助计划、打响国际职业教育品牌等改革举措,致力于构建一个开放包容、可持续发展的职业教育体系,为每位新西兰人提供未来生活和工作需要的职业知识、技能和素质,满足劳动力市场对复合型高素质技术技能人才的需求,推动新西兰社会经济发展。In 2020,the New Zealand government issued the Education and Training Act 2020,which was a milestone in the history of vocational education and training.Through the establishment of New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology,the building of a unified vocational education funding system,the start of apprenticeship assistance program,and the launch of international vocational education brands.It is committed to building an open,inclusive and sustainable vocational education system,providing every New Zealander with vocational knowledge,skills and quality needed for future life and work,meeting the demand of the labor market for composite and high-quality technical skills,and promoting the socio-economic development of New Zealand.
