摘　　要：从学制改革视角探究中国近代职业教育制度的历史变迁与当代启示,主要做了以下几方面工作:其一,聚焦制度变迁的核心与主体部分——学制改革,对形成于中国近代的五个学制进行系统分析,从中探究职业教育制度如何在历史变迁中实现迭代传承;其二,结合上述学制改革与职业教育制度变迁的梳理,从政治、经济、观念层面分析制度变迁的深层结构,并从内生动力和外部动力两个方面分析驱动制度变迁的动力机制;其三,概括制度变迁的基本经验,并对现代职业教育制度建设改革提出思考建议。From the perspective of school system reform,this paper explores the historical changes and contemporary implications of China's modern vocational education system and mainly does the following aspects of work.First,focusing on the core and main part of system change,school system reform,it systematically analyzes five school systems that formed in modern China and explores how vocational education system realizes the iterative inheritance in the historical change.Second,combining with the school system reform and the changes of vocational education system,it analyzes the deep structure of system change from political,economic and ideological aspects,and analyzes the driving mechanism of system change from internal impetus and external dynamics.Finally,it summarizes the basic experience of system change,and puts forward some suggestions for the construction and reform of contemporary vocational education system.
