摘　　要：Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) is a fastprogressing fatal neurodegenerative disease and the most common form of motor neuron disease.There is currently no cure and approximately 90% of cases are sporadic.ALS shares genetic causes,clinical and neuropathological features with frontotemporal dementia,the second most common form of presenile dementia.ALS and frontotemporal dementia are therefore considered a disease spectrum(Abramzon et al.,2020).
