摘 要:运用文献资料法、实地考察法等研究方法,从新时代民族地区基础教育师资价值取向入手,按照师范专业认证指标点以及卓越教师培养目标,对西南地区三所民族地方高校的体育教育专业人才培养体系进行调研和分析,找出三所院校在师资培养方面存在的问题,并提出探索实施卓越体育师资U-G-S专项计划;精细化实施“双导师制”协同育人机制;民族师范特色校园文化建设;专业型人才到综合型人才的转变;多渠道培养卓越体育教师教学愿景等师资培养路径。为推动民族地区基层体育教育高质量发展以及全面落实“健康中国”的目标奠定坚实基础。Using the methods of literature review and field investigation,starting from the value orientation of basic education teachers in the new era in ethnic minority areas,and according to the certification index points of teachers’major and the training objectives of outstanding teachers,this paper investigates the training system of physical education professionals in three ethnic minority local colleges and universities in southwest China,the problems in teacher training in the three colleges and universities,implementation of outstanding sports teachers U-G-S special plan,the collaborative education mechanism of the double tutor system,the construction of campus culture with normal characteristics,the transformation from professional talents to comprehensive talents,the multi channel training of outstanding physical education teachers’teaching vision and other teacher training paths,to lay a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of physical education at the grassroots level in ethnic minority areas and to comprehensively implement the goal of“Healthy China”.
