摘 要:目的:探讨情景教学法联合PBL教学法对在手术室实习的护生进行护理带教的效果。方法:将某医院60名手术室实习护生采用数字表随机法分为两组。对照组给予常规法带教,研究组实施情景教学法联合PBL教学法。比较两组实习护生满意度、手术室护理理论成绩、手术室护理操作技能成绩。结果:研究组的实习护生满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生手术室护理理论成绩、操作技能成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:手术室实习护生实施情景教学法联合PBL教学法效果确切,可提高手术室实习护生的临床实践能力和专科知识水平,提高其对教学方法的满意度,是一种有效的护理教学模式,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of situational teaching method combined with PBL teaching method on nursing students who are practicing in the operating room.Methods:60 nursing students in the operating room of Xingning People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups with a digital table.The control group was given regular teaching,and the research group implemented the situational teaching method combined with the PBL teaching method.Comparing the two groups of intern nurses'satisfaction,operating room nursing theory performance,operating room nursing operation skills,operating room nurse-patient communication quality,operating room nursing safety management performance.Results:The satisfaction degree of interns in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The research group's operating room nursing theoretical performance,operating room nursing operation skills,operating room nurse-patient communication quality,and operating room nursing safety management performance were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.001.Conclusion:The combination of situational teaching method and PBL teaching method by operating room nurse students has a definite effect,which can improve the clinical practice ability and professional knowledge level of operating room nurse students,and increase their satisfaction with teaching methods.It is an effective nursing teaching model,which is worth promoting.
