摘 要:文章阐述粮食文化从课程思政建设到专业思政建设所蕴含的育人体系构建,粮食文化课程与专业课程、通识课程内容的协同化建设,粮食文化贯通职业启蒙教育和高等职业教育的实践探索。以高水平粮油食品专业群建设为例,针对如何在专业建设中有效融入思政教育,通过专业链、产业链、文化链和育人链,基于粮食文化,提炼思政元素,融入“教师、教材、教法”三教改革中,为高职院校培养德技并修的技术技能人才探索富有专业特色的育人路径。The article expounds the construction of education system of grain culture from curriculum ideological and political construction to professional ideological and political construction,the collaborative construction of food culture curriculum with professional courses and general courses,and the practical exploration of grain culture through vocational enlightenment education and higher vocational education.Taking the high-level specialty group of grain and oil as an example,aiming at how to effectively integrate ideological and political education in professional construction,through professional chain,industrial chain,cultural chain and education chain,based on grain culture,refining ideological and political elements,integrating into the reform of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods",exploring a path of education with professional characteristics for higher vocational colleges to cultivate technical and skilled talents with both moral and technical skills.
