摘  要:消化内镜技术发展迅猛,而各内镜中心关于内镜教学的模式却存在较大的差异.如何建立合格且规范的消化内镜教学模式,快速促进年轻医生的成长,是目前消化内镜医师的重要任务之一.该中心采用的多阶段阶梯式的教学模式,结合消化内科病房的理论学习、消化内镜中心的实践操作,分步骤、分阶段、阶梯式地让学生进行内镜的学习,取得了较好的效果,以期对消化内镜的规范化培训提供一定参考.Digestive endoscopy technology is developing rapidly,but there are great differences in endoscopy teaching modes among endoscopy centers.How to establish a qualified and standardized digestive endoscopy teaching model and rapidly promote the growth of young doctors is one of the important tasks of digestive endoscopy physicians at present.The multi-stage stepped teaching mode adopted by the center,combined with the theoretical learning of the gastroenterology ward and the practical operation of the digestive endoscopy center,allows students to learn endoscopy step by step,stage by stage and step,and achieves good results,hoping to provide certain reference for the standardized training of digestive endoscopy.
