摘 要:目的探索翻转课堂联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在肿瘤放射治疗学临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月—2022年6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院放疗科实习的肿瘤放射治疗专业实习生62名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各31名。对照组采用传统教学法授课,试验组采用翻转课堂联合PBL教学法授课。采用评判性思维能力测量量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)与学习投入问卷(utrecht work engagement scale-student,UWES-S)评估两组思维能力、学习积极性,同时实习结束后进行理论与技能操作考核,并评价对教学的满意度。结果实习后两组CTDI-CV各维度评分、UWES-S各维度评分、理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩均高于实习前,且试验组CTDI-CV各维度评分、UWES-S各维度评分、理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩和教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用翻转课堂与PBL两者结合的教学模式能够提升肿瘤放射治疗学临床教学质量,帮助增强肿瘤放射治疗专业实习生思维能力与学习积极性,提升自身综合能力。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy.Methods A total of 62 interns majoring in tumor radiation therapy who interned in the radiation oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was taught with traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught with flipped classrooms combined with PBL.The critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)and the utrecht work engagement scale-student(UWES-S)were used to evaluate the thinking ability and learning motivation of two groups.At the same time,theoretical and skill operation assessments were conducted after the internship,and satisfaction with teaching was evaluated.Results After the internship,the CTDI-CV scores,UWES-S scores,theoretical knowledge scores,and skill operation scores of the two groups were higher than before,and the experimental group's CTDI-CV scores,UWES-S scores,theoretical knowledge scores,skill operation scores,and teaching satisfaction scores were higher than the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of flipped classroom and PBL teaching mode can improve the clinical teaching quality of tumor radiation therapy,help to enhance the thinking ability and learning enthusiasm of tumor radiation therapy interns,and enhance their comprehensive abilities.
