摘  要:目的探讨外科见习中教具改良在外科基本操作课程中的的应用及效果。方法选择2020年11月—2021年5月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院进行外科见习的2017级临床医学专业本科见习生共180名,分别作为对照组(90名)和观察组(90名)。对照组使用传统外科教具,观察组使用猪皮、猪肠作为模具、增加缝针种类并辅以制作更完整生动的视频。两组进行了调查问卷分析和考核成绩对比。结果观察组正确选择器械、正确握持器械、正确穿针引线、缝合方法、缝合技巧、打结、剪线的考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对外科基本操作中常用器械的认识、对皮肤各层结构的认识、对缝合方式的认识、对持针打结的认识、对后续动物外科有否帮助、增加自信及学习信心、可激发学习兴趣、对该学习方法满意度等方面学习效果评价结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取教具改良能调动学生学习兴趣,增强学生满意度,从而有效提高学生学习效果。Objective To explore the application effect of improved teaching appliance in the course of basic surgical skills during surgical probation.Methods A total of 180 undergraduate students who were required to undergo surgical probation in clinical medicine of our school were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=90)and a control group(n=90).The control group used traditional surgical teaching appliance.The observation group used pig skin and pig intestine as molds,increased the types of stitches,and watched a more complete operation video.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared through questionnaire survey and clinical skill assessment.Results The results of the observation group in the correct selection of instruments,correct holding of instruments,correct needle threading,suture method,suture technique,knot tying and thread cutting were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'understanding of commonly used instruments in basic surgical operations,understanding of the structure of each layer of the skin,understanding of suture methods,understanding of needle knots,whether it helped subsequent animal surgery,increased self-confidence and learning confidence,stimulated learning interest,and satisfaction with the learning method were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving teaching appliance can stimulate students'interest in learning,and effectively improve their learning quality.
