摘 要:科教融汇是新时期国家对教育发展作出的重大部署,其有助于全面落实科教兴国战略,顺应产业形态发展需求,破解产教融而不合之困。科教融汇在助力职业教育人才培养时,面临科研实力支撑度不够、科研与教学未能良性互动、产教科三者脱节严重、科研素养未能有效培养、科技赋能教学力度不足等现实困境。对此,职业院校可从构建适应职业教育的科研体系、提升科研项目的教学化改造水平、完善“产学研”协同育人模式、培养学生的科研素养、重构科技赋能的教学场景等方面入手,助力科教融汇更好地赋能职业教育人才培养。The science-education integration is a key deployment of the nation in the new era for the devel-opment of education.It helps to fully implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and ed-ucation,comply with the needs of industrial form development,and solve the disharmony of industry-education integration.When the industry-education integration helps cultivate vocational education talents,it faces practi-cal difficulties such as insufficient support for scientific research strength,lack of positive interaction between scientific research and teaching,serious industry-education-science disconnection,ineffective cultivation of sci-entific research literacy,and deficient efforts in empowering teaching by technology.In this regard,vocational colleges can build a scientific research system adapted to vocational education,improve the teaching transforma-tion level of scientific research projects,promote the"industry-university-research"collaborative education mod-el,cultivate students'scientific research literacy,and reconstruct technology-empowered teaching scenarios,so as to facilitate the industry-education integration to better empower the cultivation of vocational education tal-ents.
