摘　　要：案例教学法是促进理论教学与实践有机结合的重要手段,是强化专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养的重要途径。通过案例库建设的背景与意义,分析“食品资源利用与开发”案例库建设的必要性,从案例素材来源、建设内容以及实施方法等方面入手构建案例库,充分调动学生学习积极性,提升专业学位研究生实践与创新能力。Case method teaching is an important measure to promote the integrative combination of theoretical teaching and practicing as well as to enhance the practicing ability of masters with professional degrees.In this work,the necessity of establishing the"Food Resources Utilization and Development"case library is proposed by analyzing the background and significance of case library construction,and the case library establishment method is proposed from the perspectives of case source,contents,and implementation measures.The purpose of the current work is to stimulate the initiative and to promote the practicing and innovation ability of the masters with professional degrees.
