育人视角下工科班导师工作探索与分析

摘  要:百年大计,教育为本。当前我国高等教育的整体实力与办学质量都达到历史的最高水平。同时,国家对卓越人才的渴求比以往任何时候都更加强烈。为了契合国家的发展需求,高校育人应明确“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一问题。传统高校教育体系由思想政治教育教师、专业课教师和辅导员在思想品德、专业知识和日常生活这三个方面共同构成,难以满足学生愈发全面、个性化的发展需求。恰当的班导师选拔体系能够有效选择同时具备较高专业知识和思想政治水平的班导师。另外,班导师能够深入接触班级同学,更好掌握学生动态,更好设计育人方案,做到知其惑授其业。最终做到有效协同教育的各个环节,保障全员、全程、全方位的育人。Education is of fundamental importance to the fulfillment of our long-range mission.Currently,the overall strength and school quality of higher education have reached the highest level of history.Meanwhile,the thirst for excellent talents is stronger than ever.In order to meet the development needs of the country,the problem of"who to train,how to train and for whom to train"should be clarified during college education.The traditional college education system consists of ideological and political education teachers,professional course teachers and counselors.The three educational roles are responsible for ideological morality,professional knowledge and daily life,respectively.The traditional college education system is difficult to satisfy the increasingly comprehensive and personalized development needs of students.The appropriate selection system for college class tutor can effectively select class tutor with both high professional knowledge and ideological morality level.On the other hand,the college class tutor can gain in-depth contact with the class students.On this basis,the better education program can be designed to help students to solve their doubts.Finally,all aspects of college education can be effectively coordinated,and the education quality can be demonstrated in all education staffs,whole education process and all education aspects.
