摘　　要：应用型高校建设是新时期地方普通本科高校转型发展的重要方向,培养应用型人才是应用型高校建设对地方本科院校提出的人才培养需求。“茶叶生物化学”是茶学的一门应用性极强的重要学科专业课程。以贺州学院开设的“茶叶生物化学”课程为例,分析课程教学中存在的问题,提出了课程教学改革思路与举措,以期提升课程教学效果,切实提高学生的综合能力,为该课程的建设发展提供参考,为应用型人才培养提供支撑,助推地方应用型高校建设。The construction of application-oriented colleges and universities is an important direction for the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities in the new period.The cultivation of application-oriented talents is the talent training demand of application-oriented colleges and universities.Tea Biochemistry is an important course of tea science.This paper takes the teaching of tea biochemistry of Hezhou University as an example,combined with the author’s teaching experience,analyzes the problems existing in the course teaching,puts forward the teaching reform ideas and measures,in order to improve teaching effect,effectively improve student’s comprehensive ability,provide a reference for the course of construction and development,to provide support for applied talents training,which will boost the construction of local applicationoriented colleges and universities.
