摘 要:职业院校幼师生美术教育核心素养关系到幼儿园美术课程的育人质量,影响着学生核心素养的提升和幼儿园教师的职业素养水平。采用质性研究方法对21位幼儿园优秀美术教师进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论编码进行分析,提炼出新时期幼儿园教师美术教育核心素养的五大维度和十二个基本要点。基于此,职业院校学前教育专业的课程教学应将知识、技能置于问题情境,通过整合化、情境化、活动化、问题化、自主化五个策略,从“知识本位”转向“素养本位”,推动职业院校学前教育的高质量发展。The core literacy of art education for preschool teachers and students in vocational colleges is related to the education quality of art courses in kindergarten,affecting the improvement of students'core literacy and the professional literacy level of kindergarten teachers in China.Using qualitative research methods and grounded theory coding,this research conducted in-depth interviews with 21 excellent art teachers in kindergartens,and extracted five core literacy dimensions and twelve basic points of art education core literacy for kindergarten teachers in the new era.Based on this,the curriculum of preschool education major in vocational colleges should place knowledge and skills in problematization contexts.Through five strategies of integration,contextualization,activization,problem-solving,and autonomy,the curriculum should shift from a"knowledge based"to a"literacy based"approach,promoting the high-quality development of preschool education major in vocational colleges.
