县域社区教育助力乡村人才振兴的路径探析——以“乡村人才孵化基地”建设为例

摘　　要：在乡村人才培养中社区教育责无旁贷,依托“乡村人才孵化基地”加快推进县域社区教育改革创新显得尤为重要。通过“政企校联通,健全孵化基地网;农科教融通,研发课程资源库;研训评贯通,培育乡村人才群”的实践路径,探索社区教育在协同育人管理机制、孵化基地运作模式、乡村人才培养规格、乡土课程培训体系、质量监控评估要素、成果应用推广等方面的作用,培养一批有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理、求创新的不同类型“乡村人才”。其理论创新与实践路径为苏南县域社区教育助力乡村人才振兴提供了可借鉴、可复制、可推广的“金坛样本”。Community education has an inescapable responsibility in the cultivation of rural talents.It is particularly important to rely on the“rural talent incubation base”to accelerate the reform and innovation of county community education.The practical path includes the“government-enterprises-schools” connection to improve the incubation base network;agriculture-science-technology-education integration for the research and development of curriculum resource base,and research-training-evaluation combination for cultivating rural talent groups.This paper explores the role of community education in the collaborative education management mechanism,the incubation base operation mode,rural talent training specifications,the rural curriculum training system,quality monitoring and evaluation elements,application and promotion of the outcomes,etc.and its role in cultivating different types of“rural talents”who are well-educated and good at operation,understand technology,and can manage and seek innovation.It is hoped that the theoretical innovation and practical path provide a“Jintan sample”that can be copied,used for reference,and promoted for county community education in southern Jiangsu to help rural talent revitalization.
