摘 要:新《职业教育法》提出建设教育强国、人力资源强国和技能型社会的新愿景,赋予学分银行建设法律地位和时代使命,学分银行应围绕新《职业教育法》,积极回应深化新时代教育评价改革、拓宽技术技能人才成长通道等时代要求,运用新技术、新理念、新方法构建学分银行核心价值和应用场景,在构建终身教育体系的进程中不断完善学分银行的战略定位,不断优化学分银行支撑人才多路径融通、多通道成才、多维度评价的实施策略,更好地服务技能型社会和学习型社会建设。The new Polytechnical Education Law puts forward a new vision of building a country with strong education and human resources and a skill-based society.This law provides legal foundation and calls for the construction of credit banks.Credit banks should focus on the new Polytechnical Education Law,actively respond to the country’s call for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era and broadening the growth channels of technical talents.It is necessary to build the core values and application scenarios of credit banks by new technologies,new concepts and to new methods and continuously improve the strategic positioning of credit banks in the process of building a lifelong education system.What’s more,implementation strategies should be continuously optimized so as to ensure a smooth transition between different types of higher education,various ways of learning,and diverse measurements in education.All of these approaches can help credit banks better serve the construction of skill-based society and learning society.
