摘  要:在推进中国式现代化进程、建设现代职业教育体系等新背景下,高职学生核心素质的内涵需要进一步明确和拓展。基于对已有相关研究的梳理,结合职业教育本质特征,研究认为,高职学生核心素质是指高职学生接受系统教育和环境影响所形成的,在个人职业发展中占主要部分并起到关键作用的综合特质,具体表现为理想信念、知识技能和行动能力三个方面。人本视角下的高职学生核心素质,既关注学生的全面发展,又重视其具备的隐性素质,兼具职业性与全面性、核心性与综合性、阶段性与发展性等特征。Under the new background of promoting the process of Chinese modernization and building a modern vocational education system,the connotation of the core quality of higher vocational students needs to be further clarified and expanded.Based on the existing research,combined with the essential characteristics of vocational education,this study believes that higher vocational students'core quality refers to the higher vocational students accept system education and environmental influence,in the major part of personal career development and play a key role of comprehensive characteristics,embodied for the ideal faith,knowledge skills and action ability from three aspects.The core quality of higher vocational students from the perspective of humanism not only pays attention to the comprehensive development of students,but also pays more attention to their hidden qualities,and has the characteristics of occupation and comprehensiveness,core and comprehensiveness,stage and development.
