摘　　要：进行毕业前实习是为实习医师进入临床工作奠定基础的重要举措,也是提高实习医师自身能力不可或缺的环节。针对中医实习医师的现状,结合消化科中医实习医师的特点,认真探索带教模式。如提高带教水平、增加带教形式、中西并行、关注实习医师心理健康等,为提高规范化的教学质量提供参考和借鉴。Pre-graduation internship is an important measure for interns of traditional Chinese medicine to lay a foundation for enter⁃ing clinical work and an indispensable link to improve the ability of interns.In view of the current situation of interns of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine,combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine intern physicians in gastroenterology,this paper care⁃fully explored the mode of teaching and training,such as improving the teaching level,increasing the diversity of teaching styles,con⁃current traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,paying attention to the mental health of students,so as to provide refer⁃ence and reference for improving the teaching quality of standardized training.
