摘 要:高职院校的教师肩负着促进学生职业能力发展的重要责任。随着科技的发展,各行各业对高职教师的要求越来越高、越来越具体,因此建设高质量的双师型教师队伍是当务之急。双师型教师既需要有专业知识,又需要具有相关专业实践技能。目前,我国双师型教师队伍建设在定位标准、队伍结构、培养机制等方面面临的问题,制约了我国职业教育未来的高质量发展。在新的发展背景下,应建设梯度化的双师型教师队伍,并从梯度划分、认定标准、培养机制和考核制度等方面激发教师的能动性,提高教育教学质量,为职业教育高质量发展提供有力支撑。Teachers in vocational colleges shoulder the important responsibility of promoting the development of students professional abilities.With the development of technology,the requirements for vocational teachers in various industries are becoming higher and more specific.Therefore,building a high-quality dual teacher team is an urgent task.Double qualified teachers require both professional knowledge and relevant practical skills.Currently,the reality in China is that the construction of the“double qualified”teacher team faces problems in terms of positioning standards,team structure,and training mechanisms,which restrict the high-quality development of vocational education in the future.Therefore,this article proposes the construction of a gradient dual teacher team,and proposes corresponding construction strategies from the perspectives of gradient division,identification standards,training mechanisms,and assessment systems,in order to stimulate the initiative of teachers,improve the quality of education and teaching,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of vocational education.
