摘  要:围绕军队院校生长军官本科学历教育与首次任职培训融合培养问题,基于有效教学理论探讨了军队院校首次任职培训课程案例的教学设计问题。从有效教学的内涵入手,引出了有效教学的原则及特征,分析了实施案例教学的主要内容和步骤。在此基础上,围绕有效教学原则从合理清晰制定教学目标、基于坚实学理支撑开展案例编选、科学周密设计教学过程、多维评价教学效果四个方面,就首次任职培训课程案例教学的有效教学设计进行了阐述。Focusing on the integration of undergraduate education and first professional training for growing officers in military academies,the case teaching design of the first professional training courses in military academies based on the effective teaching methods is discussed in this paper.Starting from the connotation of effective teaching,the principles and characteristics of effective teaching is introduced,and then the main contents and steps of implementing case teaching is analyzed.On this basis,around the principle of effective teaching,the effective teaching design of case teaching for the first professional training courses is expounded from four aspects:reasonably and clearly formulating teaching objectives,carrying out case selection based on solid theoretical support,scientifically and carefully designing teaching process,and multidimensionally evaluating teaching effect.
