高职院校内部治理体系构建路径研究——以M校为例

摘　　要：治理体系和治理能力现代化是高职院校自身高质量发展的基石,也呼应国家政策要求。以中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位M校为例,总结了M校在构建“六维一体、五权协同、人财共抓、自我革新、数字赋能”高职院校内部治理体系方面的实践举措、建设成效和提升空间,供其他高职院校参考。The modernization of governance system and governance capacity is the foundation of high-quality de⁃velopment of higher vocational colleges and can meet national policy requirements.Taking M School,the con⁃struction unit of high-level vocational schools with Chinese characteristics,as an example,this paper summarizes the practical measures,construction achievements and improvement space of M School in building the internal governance system of"six dimensional integration,five power coordination,self-innovation,and digital empow⁃erment"vocational colleges,for reference by other vocational colleges.
