摘 要:百善孝为先,孝文化是中国传统文化的核心。新时期对师范生开展孝文化教育有利于提高师范生的孝道意识和孝文化传授能力。面对部分师范生缺乏孝道意识和孝行为的现状,学校可以通过开发孝文化教育校本课程,在思政课教学中开展孝文化教育,树立典型孝行榜样,开展丰富的孝文化主题实践活动,培育师范生孝文化教育的传授能力等途径增强师范生的孝意识,培养师范生的孝行为,提高师范生的孝文化传授能力,以使他们进入中小学教学工作岗位后传播孝文化,从源头上解决中小学生孝道意识和行孝行为缺乏等问题。Filial piety is the first of all virtues,and filial piety culture is the core of traditional Chinese culture.Carrying out filial piety culture education for normal school students in the new era is beneficial for improving their filial piety awareness and ability to impart filial piety culture.Faced with the current situation of some normal school students lacking filial piety awareness and behavior,schools can enhance their filial piety awareness,cultivate their filial piety behavior,and enhance their ability to impart filial piety culture by developing school-based courses on filial piety culture education,conducting filial piety culture education in ideological and political education,setting typical examples of filial piety behavior,conducting rich practical activities on filial piety culture themes,and cultivating their ability to impart filial piety culture education,to enable them to spread filial piety culture after entering primary and secondary school teaching positions,and solve the problem of lack of filial piety awareness and behavior among primary and secondary school students from the source.
