摘 要:加强辅导员队伍建设是高职院校应对全新发展要求的必然选择,也是推动辅导员工作质量提升的切实保障,更是促进辅导员自身专业化发展的必由之路。目前,高职院校辅导员队伍还存在工作职责不明确、专业素养有待提升,激励机制不完善、稳定性不足等主要问题。高职院校应从重视辅导员队伍建设、积极搭建激励与发展的协同平台、“内培外引”、提高辅导员政治能力、引进阶梯式和职级式工作模式、完善辅导员准入与准出制度等方面入手,推动辅导员队伍的专业化建设和发展。Strengthening the construction of the counselor team is an inevitable choice for vocational colleges to meet the new development requirements,and it is also a practical guarantee for promoting the quality of counselor work.It is also the only way to promote the professional development of counselors themselves.At present,there are still main problems with the counselor team in higher vocational colleges,such as unclear job responsibilities,need to improve professional literacy,incomplete incentive mechanisms,and insufficient stability.Vocational colleges should attach importance to the construction of counselor teams,actively build collaborative platforms for motivation and development,"internal training and external guidance",improve counselor political abilities,introduce ladder and rank work models,and improve counselor admission and admission systems to promote the professional construction and development of counselor teams.
