摘　　要：为进一步实现教学质量的提升,培养更具市场竞争力的专业人才,技工院校需要构建校企合作人才培养模式。校企合作背景下,为达到教学改革发展要求,技工院校应从人才培养模式的改革中寻求发展路径。要强化对技能型人才培养模式的研究,对教学设计、教学评价等方面进行综合分析,为实现校企合作背景下技工院校技能型人才培养目标提供保障。Vocational colleges need to establish a school enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model in order to further improve teaching quality and cultivate more competitive professional talents in the market.Under the background of school enterprise cooperation,in order to meet the requirements of teaching reform and development,technical colleges should seek development paths from the reform of talent cultivation models.Therefore,in the reform of education and teaching,vocational colleges should strengthen the research on the cultivation mode of skilled talents,conduct comprehensive analysis from teaching design to teaching evaluation,and provide guarantees for the cultivation of skilled talents in vocational colleges under the background of school enterprise cooperation.
