摘  要:个性化教学即以学生为主体、教师为引导,从学生实际情况出发,因材施教的教学模式。骨髓间充质干细胞培养与分化的综合性实验设计项目,将个性化教学模式融入实验教学,在分化方向、结果鉴定、拓展训练等环节设置了不同的可选内容,学生通过自主选择生成实验方案。教学过程充分发挥个性化教学的差异化优势,在完成教学目标的同时,满足各层次学生的学习需求,深入挖掘学生潜能,有效锻炼实验技能,并在团队协作中形成互帮互带的正向循环,为开展个性化细胞生物学实验教学提供参考。Personalized teaching is a teaching mode that takes students as the main body,teachers as the guidance,and starts from the actual situation of students.The comprehensive experimental design project of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell culture and differentiation integrates the personalized teaching model into the experimental teaching.Different options are set in the parts of differentiation,identification,extracurricular research,etc.,and students can generate protocol through their own choices.In the process of teaching,we give full play to the advantages of personalized teaching,meet the learning needs of students while completing the teaching objectives,deeply tap students’potential,effectively exercise experimental skills,and form a positive effect in team cooperation,so as to provide reference for the development of personalized cell biology experimental teaching.
